Labour Advice
- Drafting of employment contracts in official forms, further modifications of the same as well as the accomplishment of formal procedures with SEPE and Social Security Treasury Department.
- Preparation, conducting and detailed management of monthly and extraordinary payrolls of the employees.
- Drafting and submission of Social Security settlements (settlements and TC2).
- Monthly resumé detailing the composition of payrolls and withholdings for each employee, as well as employee and employer contributions to the Social Security Department.
- Monthly control of all employment contracts (expiry dates/termination dates), trial periods and bonuses.
- Yearly calculation of personal tax income withholdings concerning employees, as well as the compulsory modifications, if required, pursuant to the relevant legislation in force.
- Processing of sick leave forms, confirmation and discharge due to temporary incapacity leave, as well as procedures with INSS and Mutual Funds for accidents at work.
- Preparation of dismissals, voluntary quit and termination of employment contracts, calculation of redundancy payments, as well as completion and submission of the corresponding dismissal with Social Security Department.
- Provision of assistance and answer to requirements from Labour authorities.
- Provision of advice regarding labour risks contingency plans already established in the work centre and possible modifications which must be undertaken, including the attendance, as company advisors, to the hygiene and security committees.
- Preparation of labour calendars.
- Solutions to queries with regard to the ordinary course of the company’s business.
